Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bondaw. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and that you are not barred from using the service under applicable law.

One person, one account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You may not sell, transfer or share your account with anyone else.

Dating profiles must complete live face-scan verification before becoming visible to other users. You agree that the person appearing in the scan and in your profile photos is you. Attempting to defeat verification — with images of another person, recordings or generated media — will result in permanent removal.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse or intimidate any other user.
• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your age, identity or affiliation.
• Use Bondaw for commercial solicitation, advertising, recruitment, escorting or any paid arrangement.
• Post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, automate, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Request money from other users, or take part in any scheme, scam or fraud.

Bondaw Plus and Bondaw Gold are optional paid subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy. Prices may vary by storefront and are subject to change with notice.

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant Bondaw a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where a copy must be retained for legal or safety reasons.

Live translation and AI wingman suggestions are automated and may be imperfect. Bondaw is not responsible for misunderstandings, mistranslations or outcomes arising from suggested or translated text. Use your own judgement before sending a message.

Bondaw does not conduct criminal background checks on users. Verification confirms that a face is live and matches a profile — it does not confirm character or intent. Meet in public places, tell someone where you're going, arrange your own transport, and never send money to someone you met online.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bondaw is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Bondaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, endangers other users, or is used fraudulently. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Terminating your account does not entitle you to a refund of an unused subscription period.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use Bondaw after that date means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
